MN GOP: Inflation Report Shows Minnesotans Can’t Afford 4 More Years of Biden, Walz & Democrats

Minneapolis, MN – Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman David Hann issued the following statement on recent reports showing inflation at the highest level ever recorded in the Twin Cities:

“This latest report is a direct result of the reckless, tax-and-spend policies of President Joe Biden, Governor Tim Walz and the Democrats. Inflation has become so high it amounts to a massive tax increase on middle and low-income families. Due to the failed leadership of the Democrats, Minnesotans are struggling to make ends meet to pay for everyday necessities, like gas, groceries or to heat their homes in our state’s harsh wintertime.

“This news proves yet again that Minnesotans cannot afford four more years of Gov. Walz and the Democrats. Our Republican candidates are prepared to address the inflation crisis head-on with meaningful tax relief, sensible regulatory policies and a return to energy independence. Democrat governance has failed the people of Minnesota. We can do better.” – Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman David Hann
