Michelle Fischbach has outperformed everyones expectations serving her first term as Congresswoman to the people of Western Minnesota.

“Michelle Fischbach is the U.S. Congressional Representative for western Minnesota’s 7th District. She is a trailblazer and proven conservative leader, already making her mark as a member of the House Committees on Agriculture, Judiciary, and Rules. She is also the Ranking Member of the Agriculture Committee’s Subcommittee on Commodity Exchanges, Energy, and Credit. Prior to her election to Congress, she served as the 49th Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota, ascending to that position following the resignation of her predecessor. She was the first woman in Minnesota history to serve as President of the Minnesota Senate – initially from 2011-12 and then again from 2017-18. She also served as Chairman of the Senate Higher Education Committee. She was first elected to the Minnesota Senate in 1996 and served until 2018. She holds a B.A. from St. Cloud State University and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. She and her husband, Scott, live near Paynesville and have two grown children and six grandchildren (campaign website).”

Michelle Fischbach is Committed to Farmers

“We must support our farmers and ranchers, who are the backbone of our economy and rebuild our outdated infrastructure in western Minnesota to create greater rural prosperity. Too often our farmers and ranchers face unnecessary challenges that hamper their ability to bring their goods to the market. I will work to rebuild rural Minnesota’s infrastructure, support efforts to secure good trade deals for our farmers, invest in workforce development programs that prepare our workers for the jobs of tomorrow.”

Michelle Fischbach is Pro-Law Enforcement

“The vast majority of law enforcement officers take their duty to serve and protect, not just as a job, but as a commitment to our communities. They deserve our respect and support.”

Michelle Fischbach is Pro-Protecting Life

“We must protect the unborn, who have the fundamental right to life, and defend the sanctity of innocent human life at all stages. I will stand up to efforts by the radical left to promote infanticide and taxpayer-funded abortions for illegal immigrants. I am proudly pro-life and will always support legislation that protects innocent human life at all stages.

Here are a few of the pro-life actions I’ve taken in the 117th Congress:

  • Appointed a Co-chair of the House Pro-Life Caucus
  •  The chief author of the Protecting Life and Taxpayers Act
  • I’ve Cosigned or Cosponsored of over 50 Pro-life bills and letters
  • In September 2021, I participated in a pro-life roundtable with Leader McCarthy, fellow Pro-Life Caucus Co-Chairs Chris Smith and Andy Harris, the Susan B. Anthony List, March for Life, and National Right to Life to focus on the Hyde Amendment and other longstanding, bipartisan prolife language that Democrats have put on the chopping block this year.”

Scorecard: Michelle has a lifetime voting record on pro-life legislation of 100% with the Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life.

Michelle Fischbach is Pro-Defending the Second Amendment

“We must defend our right to keep and bear arms. The United States Constitution is unambiguous: our right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Period. I will stand up to efforts by the radical left to abolish the Second Amendment and confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens. I will defend the Constitution and vote to protect the right of every lawful gun owner in the United States to keep America free.”

Scorecard: Michelle has a lifetime “A” rating with the National Rifle Association based on her service in the Minnesota Senate.

Michelle Fischbach is Pro-Securing Our Borders

“We must secure our borders and build the southern border wall. Michelle will stand up to efforts by the radical left to abolish Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and promote open borders and sanctuary cities. She will work with law enforcement officials to restore the rule law and order and is committed to finishing the southern border wall and supporting our ICE agents as they remove unlawful entrants and violent gang members from our county to keep America safe.”

Michelle Fischbach is Pro-Honoring Our Veterans

“We must honor our commitment to the brave men and women of our United States military, who make great sacrifices to protect our country and keep America safe. While serving, we must make sure they have the tools they need to complete their mission. After serving, our veterans deserve to be welcomed home with honor by a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that puts them and their families first. I will fight for our veterans to ensure they have access to world-class health care and workforce development programs.”

Michelle Fischbach is Pro-Backing the Blue

“The vast majority of law enforcement officers take their duty to serve and protect, not just as a job, but as a commitment to our communities. They deserve our respect and support.”

Michelle Fischbach is Pro-Fixing Our Broken Healthcare System

“We must fix our broken health care system to give American families better access to high-quality, affordable health care plans. Obamacare was a disaster that took important health care choices away from millions of Americans. I will work to protect the promises we have made to our seniors and pass patient-centered reforms that increase competition and lower costs, without sacrificing protections for individuals with preexisting conditions.”

Jill Abahsain has a Criminal Record

Jill Abahsain was found guilty of Driving While Intoxicated on two counts in Sauk Centre.

Charges/Offenses: Traffic – 2 Counts of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)- Operate Motor Vehicle – Alcohol Concentration 0.08 Within 2 Hours

Despite receiving 2 DWIs and getting her license revoked, Jill Abahsain chose to disobey the law… again.

Traffic-Drivers License-Driving After Revocation | Traffic – Driving While Intoxicated – Operate Motor Vehicle – Alcohol Concentration 0.08 Within 2 Hours

Jill Abahsain says on her website that “a campaign for Congress is a job interview,” but has no qualifications or priorities listed.

She goes on to say that, “the voters of western Minnesota’s 7th Congressional District are the hiring managers and the HR team.”

Based on Jill’s history/criminal record… she is definitely not the right person for the job that is representing the people of Minnesota’s 7th Congressional District.
