MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Republican Party of Minnesota Chairman David Hann issued the following statement today about the failed attempt by Democrats to undermine Minnesota’s elections:
“Today is a good day for democracy and the rule of law, as the Minnesota Supreme Court rejected attempts made by Democrat activists to circumvent and undermine the voice of voters in Minnesota elections.
The Minnesota Supreme Court’s ruling should serve as a wake-up call to the allies of President Joe Biden and his failed agenda; Courtrooms in Minnesota will not be used to prevent voters from fully participating in our elections.
Finally, I want to personally thank all of the attorneys who worked to defend Minnesota’s election process from this unprecedented attack on our democratic institutions.”
